For those who cannot attend the live webinar on February 1, a recording of the webinar will be available for 7 days following the live webinar, beginning the following Monday.
CE credit is only available for live attendance.
The webinar will set out the rationale for teachers having a model for how learning happens in order to inform their day to day decision making, supporting all of their learners to succeed in their classrooms. The model draws on the work on Daniel Willingham, Dylan Wiliam, Graham Nuthall, and Barak Rosenshine amongst others, reducing what can become an ever-more complex array of concepts to some core ideas that teachers can think about and act on continually. The webinar will then explore some key techniques that teachers can and arguably should use that deliver on these core concepts, such that all students are engaged in thinking, making meaning and practising - leading to successful learning.
